History Lesson for Senators

This morning I heard United States Senator Chuck Hagel of Nebraska say that we are are not at war with Islam. Senator Hagel made these remarks during his convuluted speech while explaining his vote in the United States Senate as the only Republican to vote for the surrender of Iraq. Senator Hagel of Nebraska is playing some kind of strange politcal game or Senator Hagel really is ignorant of the facts of actual recorded history. In any case Senator Hagel of Nebraska needs to understand the history of what is actually going on because to say we are not at war with radical Islam is to bury your warped head in the sand and someone ought to tell the Muslims that we are not at war with them because they are making every effort to destroy us.

Hi, Jen. I have tagged you for the Thinking Blogger Award Meme. You deserve it!

Thank you Nurse William,
(Jennifer blushing;-). It's like the democrats plus one republican have shoved their head in the sand and hope for the worst to happen. The democrats are the owners of defeat and they cannot afford a win now because they are to heavily invested in defeat.

In the meantime back here at home Muslims grow stronger every day and are planning for the day when democrats have made us so weak they can mount an offensive here in the US. I have another post coming about the most recent phony baloney poll that media and democrats will try to build on. One thing about democrats is they have the major media assistance but it is predictable and easy to discredit.

Jennifer: That "Out of Iraq" moonbat doesn't want anyone to see this film.

It's propaganda to people like her.

Muslim terrorism isn't a real problem. The real problem is that the U.S. doesn't respect mass murderers and Islamic Fascists.

She doesn't want to know about the Muslim-Nazi cancer.

Mike,

It's not "Out of Iraq"; it's "Out of Iraq Now!"

Do get her name right. The last part of her name is quite important a distinction.

Hagel needs to pick up Lawrence Wright's "The Looming Tower"; then read Mark Bowden's "Guests of the Ayatollah"; then take a tour of The Religion of Peace.

Finally, 60 Minutes had a good piece last sunday that I hope Hagel caught.

Hagel is sending out very conflicting signals as if he isn't sure what he beleives. I understand he is a Vietnam war vet but then you think someone like that would understand support at home, advising and helping the administration and sending the enemy a clear message of unity at home to defeat them. I guess short memories about history is lost again.

Hagel needs a straight jacket!

We are not at war with Islam or Muslims. We are at war with Islamic Extremist Terrorists and an entire country of people who were not extremist or terrorists nor did they ever attack us. Gee I wonder why they hate us?

So you say, it must then be true.
